1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 pounds shrimp
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss well to coat.
Preheat an air fryer, if necessary, to 400°F. Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add the shrimp mixture to the basket. Air-fry until the shrimp are just done, 7 to 9 minutes, pausing to shake the basket after 4 minutes.
